Problem Note 65589: Library templates for Google BigQuery and Snowflake databases are missing in the New Library Wizard

In SAS® Management Console and SAS® Data Integration Studio, the New Library Wizard is missing the resource templates needed to create libraries for Google BigQuery and Snowflake databases in the metadata.
These templates should be available when SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Google BigQuery and SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Snowflake, respectively, are licensed and installed on the compute tier in a SAS® 9.4M6 Intelligence Platform installation.
